WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESS?
Our order process is very simple. Upon completing your payment details during the checkout process, you should shortly receive a confirmation notice at the provided email address. A shipping confirmation email should follow after 1 – 4 business days. Email the customer service team on Kronostimepiececompany@gmail.com if further assistance is required at any point.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have had a change of mind so we can accommodate your request. In this situation you should email us on Kronostimepiececompany@gmail.com with your details and then leave the rest to us.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use oto get the latest updates on your shipment. We will also automatically notify you via email of any important tracking information. Visit our Track Your Order page.
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED ON TIME, WHAT DO I DO?
If your order has not arrived in the specified delivery time, you can track your order here to see where it is located. Sometimes orders are delayed due to customs hold ups. Please also reach out to our customer service team at Kronostimepiececompany@gmail.com and we will provide you with an update.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Get full refund within 30 days; replaceable within 30 days; repairable within 365 days Please refer to our ‘Happy or it’s Replaced’ return policy.
We offer a series of solutions including a 30-day money back guarantee and a replacement if requested. If for some reason you are unhappy with your item, you are eligible for a full refund if returned in brand new condition within 7 days. If the item incurs shipping damage, send us pictures of it via email on Kronostimepiececompany@gmail.com and a replacement will be with you shortly. Additionally, you may request a replacement at any point within 30 days of purchase date; your timepiece is also repairable within 365 days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY (U.S) ORDER TO GET TO ME?
Free shipping within the USA can take about 5-15 days business days to arrive.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER TO GET TO ME?
Free shipping internationally can take around 7 – 20 business days to arrive. Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you, allow 15 – 25 days before you inform our customer service team of a missing order.
 
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND/OR IMPORT TAXES?
FinerThingsFashion cannot be held responsible for any custom charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee. FinerThingsFashion is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.

MY MECHANICAL TIMEPIECE MOVEMENT ISN’T WORKING PROPERLY, WHAT DO I DO?
This is actually very easy to fix. Please see the instructions on our Timepiece Mechanics page.

 

ARE YOUR WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?
Our watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM.
Please avoid contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty.
We also recommend keeping bracelets away from water.
